Question:
Q:How do you install a full back seat cover with a arm rest
Answer:
A:Thank you for your inquiry. If the arm rest goes up and down, the seat cover should be able to fit around it the armrest while installing. If the armrest is on the side, it should be able to go up and down, but will not be covered. If the armrest is in the middle, you do need a split bench seat cover and may have to unzip the cover to let it out. Again, it will not be covered.
Question:
Q:What do I do with the metal clips? This is not covered in the video!
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. The metal clips are to secure the seat cover better. You would use the straps on the side. Hook the clip to the strap and then under the seat, hook it all the way to the other side. Repeat this for the opposite side of the seat.
Question:
Q:Head rest does not come off on back seat

Q:I bought the set mainly for my driver seat on a 2001 Buick century. My front seat has a console sized middle section attached to it. Is there a separate kind for that style? So far I’ve attached the straps as best as I can to create a snug fit but it’s still somewhat compromised on the middle side since the corner elastic has nowhere to go. Please advise. Thanks!

Please keep in mind we do not guarantee a perfect fit since they are designed for a universal fit.
Question:
Q:I have a Kicks the driver seat as an arm rest, do any seat covers fit?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our covers are semi customized to fit most vehicles, as long as the front and rear head rests as well as arm rests are completely detachable, and there are no built-in seat belts in the seats. Please ensure your arm rest is removable before purchasing covers. Otherwise, the only thing that will work are seat cushions, which do not cover the entire seat.

Q:Is there a way to order the separator zipper on its own? Because I need one more :(

A: Thank you for your inquiry. We are able to get you another set of mesh pieces. We will email you for more information.

A: Thank you for your interest. Our sets usually come with 1 set of mesh pieces (2) to split the bench seat. One can be used for the back rest, and the other one for the bench. If you need an additional set, you can call us at 1-800-928-5518 and request another set.
Question:
Q:How does the seat cover work if there is a cup holder in the small section of the 60 split?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your interest. The covers have zippers in the middle that you can use to access the cup holder. When in use, simply unzip the middles ones, and zip them back up when you are done.
Question:
Q:I have a 2020 Silverado and the is no way to attach the cover to the back of the split bench seat in the back. You can not pull the seat forward and you can not get anything to slide between the seat and the back steel wall. Is there a video anywhere that shows your customers how to overcome this challenge? The bottom can go on fin, but the back of the seat not so much.
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. We do understand this could be a bit of a challenge. You can try installing it by the split. If you\'d like, check out the video for installing a solid bench seat cover. Although it is different, the steps may be helpful. Are there any crevices on the sides that you can push the covers into? We usually suggest using something flat and thin to do this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=193&v=JkuuVEYXd24&feature=emb_logo
Question:

Customer questions

Question:
Q:I have heated seats. Will your seat covers affect this?
Answer:
A:Our seat covers work on heated seats without a problem so you can look cool and stay cozy.
Question:
Q:Are the seat covers made to fit my vehicle?
Answer:
A: We offer a variety of semi-customized seat covers to fit most makes and models. Rather than by specific makes and models, our seat covers will fit your car based on specific features, such as side airbags and rear-split benches. For a complete run-down on our product features, click here, or feel free to contact one of our experienced representatives to help you pick the best seat covers for your vehicle.
Question:
Q:Are your seat covers difficult to install?
Answer:
A: Our seat covers are fairly easy to install, but the installation may vary from model to model. Most of the front seat covers are simple slip-ons; some rear seats require removing or lifting the seats from the vehicle. We offer installation instructions here. Feel free to contact our knowledgeable customer service representatives for more information.
Question:
Q:My car has a bracket that the seat belt slides through so it is impossible to pull the backrest of the seat cover down
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. If your seats have built-in seat belts with the top piece on the shoulder of the seat, then this item will not fit your vehicle. A seat cushion might work better for your car.
Question:
Q:Is the back seat arm rest in the middle totally useless with these seat covers on?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. This item is split bench compatible which means you can unzip the middle piece to allow the arm rest to come out, however, it will not be covered.
Question:
Q:How do you get the straps from the rear to the front buckles when you have power seats? The motor and wires make it difficult
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. It is true that different vehicles have different features that can create more effort than another. Have you seen our other videos? They could offer alternate suggestions that will work for you!
Question:
Q: My front seats have back flaps how do I install the seat covers?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Cars with back flaps usually are hooked underneath. You can unhook the flap to install and re-hook it back when you\'re finished.
Question:
Q:I have an 2005 Dodge Dakota quad cab and my back bench the back rest part does not move how do I install the seat covers
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. If your rear seat does not move you can tuck the sides in using a flat utensil to push the cover back as far as possible. If you need a more secure fit, you can try contacting a local mechanic or dealership to install the covers for you.
Question:
Q:I received my seat cover order and was surprised to see the color beige. The illustration I observed led me to believe the seat covers for my 2016 Prius was black and white, so I assumed that would be the color I would receive, as my interior is black and white. All other products in this category clearly show the color before you order, as I searched a long time to find black and white. Please advise me, if you have the color shown in the order ad, and what I should do at this point
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. We have sent you an email to discuss this matter further.
Question:
Q: I bought the car cover sheets that are leather I cannot put them on my vehicle I watched your videos and I still am not able to install them I have a 2018 Dodge Journey and I have tried but still can’t put the covers on Please help Mrs. Cardozo
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our seat covers are universal fits and because of this there can be certain cars that have different features which can cause slightly different approaches. I would need more information to further assist you. I will send you an email but you can also call 1-800-928-5518 for more help on this matter.
Question:
Q:2011 Ford Taurus the back seat cover is bench and back. How do you remove the head rest?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. If the rear headrests are removable, they should remove the same as the front. Most cars have a button on the side that you can push to pull the headrests out fully.
Question:
Q:I have a 2005 Mercedes Benz C230. I cannot tell how to remove the back bench or the back set backrest. Any help that can be offered? These were the seat covers I was told to purchase for my vehicle by your company.
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. It is not necessary to remove your seats for installation. Please see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jr-wqGjZR1c
Question:
Q:my seat covers have the headrest attached...where do i find an installation video?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. We currently do not have a video for this seat cover however, you are able just to slide the cover over the seat and connect the straps at the bottom the same as other seat covers.
Question:
Q:I got the seat covers that the web site said would fit my car a nissan rouge but the top back seat cover will not fit the head rests on them do not come off is there a way I can change the cover to fit
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, the only sets that are compatible with non removable head rests for your back bench are PU205115 and FB201115. If you did not purchase either one of these sets, it will not work for your vehicle. You can contact us at 1-800-928-5518 for further assistance.
Question:
Q:my seat covers have zippers witch video do I watch 2011 chey 1500 W/T 4.3L item# puo23115
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. You can check out these videos to help you install the split bench: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFiKN7QgMf8, and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dE0BHe6xERI as well as this one for your bucket covers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ivv1vU2JoOc
Question:
Q:The only thing I need to know is this::: The long straps that go from the underside/rear of the front bucket seats, the other end that has a buckle type plastic piece on it that you are supposed to thread the long end through, can you PLEASE show a close up and slower video of how it's threaded so it stays tight when pulled. Mine keeps coming apart. Thank you,
Answer:
A: Thank you for your feedback. At this time, we do not have a closeup of this part but will definitely pass along that suggestion. As for those straps, you would push them through the crevice of your seat to the back of the seat. If the back of your seat has a flap, find the hook underneath to open the flap. Then push the straps under the seat to the front. Once you are in the front with all the straps, push the non-plastic piece through the plastic piece, just like you would a belt. Then pull to tighten it. We hope this helps but if you still need more assistance, please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-928-5518.
Question:
Q:My 2000 Honda Odyssey front bucket seats come with armrests as part of the seat. You seat covers do not have holes for the armrests. How should I install the seat covers?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our covers are semi customized to fit most vehicles. The arm rests of the bucket seats need to be completely detachable in order to slip the back rest cover on. After that, you can make small cuts where the arm rest goes in order to place them back in. Otherwise, they will not work for your seats. You may call us at 1-800-928-5518 for further assistance.
Question:
Q:Have a 2014 Toyota Camry, back seats have built in head rest... Will these seat covers fit
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we only have 2 options for non detachable headrests in the back. Both are seat cushions, which means they will not cover the entire seat. You can take a look at them here: FB201115 https://www.fhgroupauto.com/product/premium-car-seat-cushions-full-set/ PU205115 https://www.fhgroupauto.com/product/ultra-comfort-highest-grade-faux-leather-full-set-seat-cushions/
Question:
Q:How do I buckle the seat belts in the rear or put in a child safety seat with the covers? I have the FB30115Gray-Combo. Thanks
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. We suggest doing the same as the video shows for the seat belts. You\'d have to make small cuts where the seat belts/straps go and test it out to make sure it is secure enough for the child safety seat.
Question:
Q:I purchased the universal black and blue car seat covers for Monte Carlo and don't know what the plastic sand dollar looking pieces are used for??? The cover I have is not the full coverage style. 2 thick straps on bottom in front near storage pocket. Where to attach??Please help. Janine
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. The discs are used to loop on to the straps and slip into the crevice of your seats and turn them upright in order to hold your covers in place. You may also contact us at 1-800-928-5518 for further assistance on instructions.
Question:
Q:Before I ordered I inputted my truck info which is a 2010 chev Silverado. After I received the covers it said it needs to have removable headrests. Mine only adjust up and down. Can this still fit my vehicle?
Answer:
A: Thank you for inquiry. Unless you purchased the high back covers, your head rests must be removable in order to install them. Please keep in mind we cannot guarantee a perfect fit since they are designed for a universal fit. You can contact us at 1-800-928-5518 for further assistance.
Question:
Q:I ordered the seat covers and it said they specifically worked for a Toyota Corolla LE and they don't. How can I fix this problem
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit since our covers are designed for a universal fit. Usually, if your head rests and arm rests are completely removable, and there are no built-in seat belts in the seats, they should fit your vehicle. However, if they do not, you may contact us at 1-800-928-5518 for further assistance.
Question:
Q:How to do you do it with a rear seat that has a cup holder?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. If you purchased a split bench, you will be able to use the rear cup holder due to the zippers in the middle. When in use, just open the zipper up, and then zip it back up when you no longer need to use the cup holder. Installation is still the same for the back bench cover.
Question:
Q:So it appears you need to update your installation videos. These YouTube videos are years old and don’t apply to my recent purchase. Mine are all one piece with attached headrest, loops at the front and back of the seat part of the cover, associated clips and 8 plastic pieces. I know it isn’t rocket science but I’m not getting how to install.
Answer:
A: Thank you for contacting us. Did you purchase a set of covers that are meant for high back bucket seats? We do have an installation video for that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DH8ZRou50FE However, if there is another issue, you can contact us at 1-800-928-5518 for further assistance.
Question:
Q:Do you make covers to fit a BMW Z3 Roadster convertible with fixed headrests? preferably in tan?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your interest. Our covers are semi customized to fit most vehicles therefore, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee a perfect fit. I have taken a look at your interior, and you seem to have a part pre installed into your seats for your seat belts. There is an option that can work with that: FB302102 https://www.fhgroupauto.com/category/semi-custom-seat-covers/?pa_feature-if=built-in-seatbelt-compatible
Question:
Q:If my back seat doesnt split is there a way to hide so many zippers?

A: Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, there is no way to hide the zippers if your set is for a split bench.

Question:
Q:how do I use the plastic disks that came with my seat covers?
Answer:
A: The plastic discs are looped to the straps where the backrest and seat bottom meet. Then you can push them through the crevice of the seat to bring them out on the other side so that the cushions stay in place. You can view these videos for examples: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZ1d906LsRY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0D8mi5ikmmI
Question:
Q:I purchased faux leather rear seat covers for my split-bench Mercedes GLS. Two of the headrest covers are attached to the backrest cover. Your website says that they'll fit my vehicle, but they don't reach all the way around the headrest because they are attached directly to the top of the backrest covers. As a result, I can't adjust the headrest upwards. What can I do to them so that they cover the headrests properly?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, the head rests must be removable in order to install these covers properly. You can contact us at 1-800-928-5518 for further assistance.

Answer:
A: Thank you for your interest. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee a perfect fit since they\'re designed for a universal fit. If there is no way for you to remove the back seat, the best option is to tuck in the material into the crevices as best as possible using a flat item like a card. Q:Seat cushion fh-fb202102-0211 do you suggest a better way of securing the \\\"tuck\\\" area between the bottom seat and back of the seat. The designed-device- used will not secure the cushion in that area. Zip tying is my suggestion?
Answer:
A:Thank you for your inquiry. Some vehicles are blocked in the back so when pushing through the butterfly discs, you may need to move the flap. If your seats do not have a crevice to tuck in the straps, this may not work with your vehicle.

Question:
Q:What are your best options for 2015 CR-V set seat cover? Which one the easiest to install? Thanks
Answer:
A:Thank you for your inquiry. Our seat covers are universal fits and not designed for specific vehicles. The best thing to do is to go by the features of your car to find what best matches the features of the covers. I looked up your vehicle online and it looks like your seats are a little bigger than average. For easy installation and a better possible fit, I would suggest seat cushions for your vehicle. Seat cushions sit on top of the seat as oppose to covering the seat. You can take a look at those here: https://www.fhgroupauto.com/category/seat-cushions/ If you\'d prefer seat covers, I would suggest a Neoprene material which will stretch more and allow you more flexibility. These will require removable headrests and armrests. For this material, we do not suggest using heated seats. https://www.fhgroupauto.com/category/semi-custom-seat-covers/?pa_material=neoprene
Question:
Q:Do you have a video showing how to install your seat covers on a pick up truck a 1977 Chevrolet to be exact

We do realize that some vehicles may require slightly different steps so please feel free to call us at 1-800-928-5518 to further discuss these details.
