Customer questions

Question:
Q:I have heated seats. Will your seat covers affect this?
Answer:
A:Our seat covers work on heated seats without a problem so you can look cool and stay cozy.
Question:
Q:Are the seat covers made to fit my vehicle?
Answer:
A: We offer a variety of semi-customized seat covers to fit most makes and models. Rather than by specific makes and models, our seat covers will fit your car based on specific features, such as side airbags and rear-split benches. For a complete run-down on our product features, click here, or feel free to contact one of our experienced representatives to help you pick the best seat covers for your vehicle.
Question:
Q:Are your seat covers difficult to install?
Answer:
A: Our seat covers are fairly easy to install, but the installation may vary from model to model. Most of the front seat covers are simple slip-ons; some rear seats require removing or lifting the seats from the vehicle. We offer installation instructions here. Feel free to contact our knowledgeable customer service representatives for more information.
Question:
Q:My car has a bracket that the seat belt slides through so it is impossible to pull the backrest of the seat cover down
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. If your seats have built-in seat belts with the top piece on the shoulder of the seat, then this item will not fit your vehicle. A seat cushion might work better for your car.
Question:
Q:Is the back seat arm rest in the middle totally useless with these seat covers on?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. This item is split bench compatible which means you can unzip the middle piece to allow the arm rest to come out, however, it will not be covered.
Question:
Q:How do you get the straps from the rear to the front buckles when you have power seats? The motor and wires make it difficult
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. It is true that different vehicles have different features that can create more effort than another. Have you seen our other videos? They could offer alternate suggestions that will work for you!
Question:
Q: My front seats have back flaps how do I install the seat covers?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Cars with back flaps usually are hooked underneath. You can unhook the flap to install and re-hook it back when you're finished.
Question:
Q:I have an 2005 Dodge Dakota quad cab and my back bench the back rest part does not move how do I install the seat covers
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. If your rear seat does not move you can tuck the sides in using a flat utensil to push the cover back as far as possible. If you need a more secure fit, you can try contacting a local mechanic or dealership to install the covers for you.
Question:
Q:I received my seat cover order and was surprised to see the color beige. The illustration I observed led me to believe the seat covers for my 2016 Prius was black and white, so I assumed that would be the color I would receive, as my interior is black and white. All other products in this category clearly show the color before you order, as I searched a long time to find black and white. Please advise me, if you have the color shown in the order ad, and what I should do at this point
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. We have sent you an email to discuss this matter further.
Question:

Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our seat covers are universal fits and because of this there can be certain cars that have different features which can cause slightly different approaches. I would need more information to further assist you. I will send you an email but you can also call 1-800-928-5518 for more help on this matter.
Question:
Q:2011 Ford Taurus the back seat cover is bench and back. How do you remove the head rest?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. If the rear headrests are removable, they should remove the same as the front. Most cars have a button on the side that you can push to pull the headrests out fully.
Question:
Q:I have a 2005 Mercedes Benz C230. I cannot tell how to remove the back bench or the back set backrest. Any help that can be offered? These were the seat covers I was told to purchase for my vehicle by your company.

Question:
Q:my seat covers have the headrest attached...where do i find an installation video?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. We currently do not have a video for this seat cover however, you are able just to slide the cover over the seat and connect the straps at the bottom the same as other seat covers.
Question:
Q:I got the seat covers that the web site said would fit my car a nissan rouge but the top back seat cover will not fit the head rests on them do not come off is there a way I can change the cover to fit
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, the only sets that are compatible with non removable head rests for your back bench are PU205115 and FB201115. If you did not purchase either one of these sets, it will not work for your vehicle. You can contact us at 1-800-928-5518 for further assistance.
Question:
Q:my seat covers have zippers witch video do I watch 2011 chey 1500 W/T 4.3L item# puo23115
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. You can check out these videos to help you install the split bench: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFiKN7QgMf8, and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dE0BHe6xERI as well as this one for your bucket covers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ivv1vU2JoOc
Question:
Q:The only thing I need to know is this::: The long straps that go from the underside/rear of the front bucket seats, the other end that has a buckle type plastic piece on it that you are supposed to thread the long end through, can you PLEASE show a close up and slower video of how it's threaded so it stays tight when pulled. Mine keeps coming apart. Thank you,
Answer:
A: Thank you for your feedback. At this time, we do not have a closeup of this part but will definitely pass along that suggestion. As for those straps, you would push them through the crevice of your seat to the back of the seat. If the back of your seat has a flap, find the hook underneath to open the flap. Then push the straps under the seat to the front. Once you are in the front with all the straps, push the non-plastic piece through the plastic piece, just like you would a belt. Then pull to tighten it. We hope this helps but if you still need more assistance, please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-928-5518.
Question:
Q:My 2000 Honda Odyssey front bucket seats come with armrests as part of the seat. You seat covers do not have holes for the armrests. How should I install the seat covers?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our covers are semi customized to fit most vehicles. The arm rests of the bucket seats need to be completely detachable in order to slip the back rest cover on. After that, you can make small cuts where the arm rest goes in order to place them back in. Otherwise, they will not work for your seats. You may call us at 1-800-928-5518 for further assistance.
Question:
Q:Have a 2014 Toyota Camry, back seats have built in head rest... Will these seat covers fit
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we only have 2 options for non detachable headrests in the back. Both are seat cushions, which means they will not cover the entire seat. You can take a look at them here: FB201115 https://www.fhgroupauto.com/product/premium-car-seat-cushions-full-set/ PU205115 https://www.fhgroupauto.com/product/ultra-comfort-highest-grade-faux-leather-full-set-seat-cushions/
Question:
Q:How do I buckle the seat belts in the rear or put in a child safety seat with the covers? I have the FB30115Gray-Combo. Thanks
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. We suggest doing the same as the video shows for the seat belts. You'd have to make small cuts where the seat belts/straps go and test it out to make sure it is secure enough for the child safety seat.

Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit since our covers are designed for a universal fit. Question:
Q:How to do you do it with a rear seat that has a cup holder?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. If you purchased a split bench, you will be able to use the rear cup holder due to the zippers in the middle. When in use, just open the zipper up, and then zip it back up when you no longer need to use the cup holder. Installation is still the same for the back bench cover.

Q:how do I use the plastic disks that came with my seat covers?
Answer:
