Customer questions

Question:
Q:how do you get the cover over the bottom of the seat belt
Answer:
A:Thank you for your inquiry. You may have to adjust the seat belt and work around it as you install. The seat covers should be able to go around the seat belt to install.
Question:
Q:do they fit a chrysler sebring touring convertible?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. This item is a universal fit but is made for cars with seat belts built into the seat. This item also requires removable headrests. If your car matches these features, than it should fit well.
Question:
Q:What are the white things and hooks for on my seat cover ? No video shows them
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. The discs and hooks are to hold the seat cushions in place. You hook the discs on to the straps at the bottom of the back rest, and slide it through the gap of your seat to the other side to set it in place. The hooks are for the straps at the bottom of the seat to hook on to any metal bars that are under. Question:
Q:Just purchased Ram 1500 truck, has bucket seats front and I think 60/40 rear with armrest. Looking to purchase the FH premium seat covers but not sure if they will fit this truck?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our covers are semi customized to fit most vehicles as long as the front and rear head rests and arm rests come completely off, and there are no built-in seatbelts in the seats, then the covers should fit your Ram 1500 truck. Please keep in mind we do not guarantee a perfect fit since they are designed for a universal fit.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. If you are referring to the back seat, you will need to make small slits in order to access the seat belts as shown on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CEDRoVrqpro
Question:
Q:the seat cover for the front and back are not two pieces. How do I fit it over the headrest?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your interest. Do you mean to say that your seats do not have removable head rests? If so, unfortunately, most of the covers require them to be completely detachable for you to be able to install them. Unless you purchased high back covers, or seat cushions, the seat covers will not work for your vehicle. You can contact us at 1-800-928-5518 for further assistance.
Question:
Q:I have a 2003 silverado with Bucket seats. How do I remove the head rest. Seat covers came with seperate head rest covers. Head rest moves up and down.
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. There is a button you can press on the plastic where the head rests go in order to be able to release them, or you can use a small pin and insert it into the hole that is also located on the side of the plastic piece.
Question:
Q:For a BMW 235i gran coupe. How to tighten seat covers when there is no open crevice space between the seat and the backrest to allow for the straps access from front to back.
Answer:
A: Thank you for your comment. Some customers are able to just push the straps into the crevice enough to hold it without pushing it through the back. If that is not an option and there is no crevice, there is likely no other option and these may not be a good match.
