Return Policy
Most items can be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date. During the holiday season, orders purchased between November 20th until December 31st can be returned until January 31st, 2022. Returns will be refunded within 2-4 business days after they are received. The item(s) must be in its original condition, NEW condition, unused, undamaged, re-sellable, have original tags, packaging (if applicable) and have a Return Authorization #. Original shipping is non-refundable. We are happy to honor requests for price adjustments if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Any items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. Customized products, including logo, pattern, trimmable or DIY products are not returnable or covered under any warranty. Any items purchased on clearance are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
How does returns work?
Step 1: Start a Return
Please note for any return/exchange package, you MUST contact FH Group at 1-800-928-5518 and/or email [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) first. You may also sign into your FH Group Account to start a return.

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#)
After you have contacted us for a RMA#, we can offer you a discounted return shipping label if needed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, If your item arrived defective or we made a mistake, we will happily take care of the return shipping costs. When complete, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and a copy of your return label for record keeping.

Step 3: Package & Ship
The item(s) must be in its original condition, NEW condition, unused, undamaged, re-sellable, have original tags, packaging (if applicable). Please keep in mind that if you choose to return the product, you will have to return the free gift as well. If you choose to keep it, we will deduct the amount of the item from your reimbursement. Next, get your package ready to mail back to us! Add your items and tape your package securely. Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package. Most importantly: Write the RMA number outside of the package. Items sent back without RMA # will be discarded.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund
After we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 2-4 business days. You can expect to see your refund, credited within 7 to 10 business days, to the payment method that you used when you originally placed your order.
Limited Warranty
How does warranty work?
Step 1: Register
First, register for our 180-day warranty by scanning the QR code provided on your item or see our Warranty Registration Form.
Step 2. Submit Claim
- To submit a warranty claim, please email [email protected] the following:
- ● Photographs of the product with an explanation of why you feel it does not meet our specifications;
- ● The order confirmation receipt with the original purchase date stated; and
- ● The original order number
Step 3: Review
Your claim will be carefully evaluated, and once the claim has been approved, FH Group will replace the item at our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for warrantied products, only replacements if applicable.
Step 4: Replace
FH Group will replace any product that does not meet our specifications upon inspection. FH Groups liability shall not exceed a one (1) time replacement or repair cost of the merchandise. This replacement or repair is limited to one piece per set, where applicable.
Step 5: Pay Shipping
Buyer will be responsible for any occurring shipping fees to ship out the replacement item. An invoice for payment of shipping costs will be sent to the customer.
Step 6: Ship
Once paid, your replacement item will be shipped.
Limited Custom Fit Seat Cover Warranty
FH Group International, Inc. (“FH Group”) Custom Seat Covers are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials that adversely affect the performance of the Product under normal use for one (1) year from the date of shipping for the original purchaser, from FHGroupAuto.com or an FH Group authorized reseller. For the purpose of this Limited Warranty, “Product” and “Products” refer to the custom made-to-order seat covers assembled by FH Group. This warranty is non-transferrable to second-hand owners, and does not apply without a valid proof of purchase. FH Group does not warrant against color changes, misuse, fading or everyday wear and tear. This warranty does not extend to any used Products or Products not purchased from FHGroupAuto.com or an FH Group authorized reseller.
This Limited Warranty applies only to Products used in accordance with this Limited Warranty and FH Group’s published documentation and does not cover:
- ● Products that are modified outside of factory specifications and/or not in factory condition.
- ● Any damages to the components, hardware or assembly of the Products included but not limited to damages caused as a result of negligence, abuse, accidents, misuse, improper installation or unusual stress to the product.
How does warranty work?

If your claim is eligible for this limited warranty coverage, a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and a printable shipping label will be issued to return the defective Product to FH Group. It is advised that you use a tracked, insured method as FH Group is not responsible for Products that are not received. Freight collect shipments will be refused. Once we receive your Product , it will be evaluated against your claim. FH Group reserves the right to verify the validity of your warranty claim and request for service.
Step 4: Replace/Repair
FH Group will replace/repair any product that does not meet our specifications upon inspection. FH Group’s liability shall not exceed a one (1) time replacement or repair cost of the merchandise. This replacement is limited to one piece per set, where applicable. If the Product is eligible for warranty coverage, we will repair or ship you a replacement. If this Product proves defective in either materials or workmanship, FH Group, at its option, will (a) repair the Product, or (b) replace the Product, at no charge for parts or labor. Because each custom seat cover is made-to-order, in cases of customer ordering errors credit or partial credit may be offered, at FH Group’s sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis. The replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. If the Product is not eligible for warranty coverage, we will request payment to ship the product back to you.
Step 5: Pay Shipping
Buyer will be responsible for any occurring shipping fees to ship out the replacement item. An invoice for payment of shipping costs will be sent to the customer.
Postage is pre-paid by FH Group when a Product is defective upon arrival due to a manufacturing error within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, customers are responsible for return shipping for defective items.
Step 6: Ship
Once paid, your replacement/repair item will be shipped.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if my item is defective?

Will I have to pay a restocking fee?
No, FH Group does not charge a restocking fee for any eligible returns at this time.
Who pays for return shipping costs?
If the return is due to manufacturer defect or FH Group error such as missing item or wrong color, FH Group will take full responsibility. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. In this case, we encourage you to take advantage of our discounted return shipping labels. Ask one of our customer service representatives for more details.
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
Please contact us. We’ll process your return, exchange the item for the correct part (if available) and send you a prepaid shipping label for your return item.
Can I get a refund for my warranted product?
No refunds will be issued for warrantied products, only replacements if applicable.
“Large Print” Disclosures
FH Group may issue a refund in good faith prior to receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to rescind such refunds if the item fails inspection upon arrival.
FH Group will not compensate for damages incurred during product installation or use, nor reimburse labor charges or installation fees, under any circumstances.
