will those work with the armrest or do I remove the arm rest

Are the PU leather covers the only water resistant covers for a 2019 Honda accord EX? They’re the only ones that have that in the materials spec out of the 5 covers for 2019 Honda’s. Im leasing so i would like the added piece of mind. Thanks
