Question:
Q:What about my armrest on new Honda Touring Pilot. I have the recommended seat cover but makes no allowance for arm rest
Answer:
A:Thank you for your inquiry. Our seat covers are universal and not custom designed to work with specific vehicles. All armrests must be removable in order for the covers to be put on. Once they are put on, the armrests can be reinstalled.

Question:
Q:What to do with elastic loops on the bottom seat covers? There were 4 clips on one, but none on the other. The video skimmed over the loops. Looks like they should be fastened to hold the seat in place?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. The discs and hooks are to hold the seat cushions in place. You hook the discs on to the straps at the bottom of the back rest, and slide it through the gap of your seat to the other side to set it in place. The hooks are for the straps at the bottom of the seat to hook on to any metal bars that are under. Question:
Q:I have captains chairs front and middle and cannot get the center straps through the crevice between the seat and back of the chairs. There is not a space for the straps to come through to the rear. Any ideas on how to make them work?
Answer:
A: Thank you for that information. Unfortunately all vehicles are made different and sometimes universal seat covers cannot work for all makes and models. In this case, we would recommend trying to tie the straps to the sides underneath. Otherwise, unfortunately our seat covers may not work for your vehicle.

Question:
Q:on front seat covers, is the airbag side the one which has the FHGroup label, otherwise theres no way of telling which is for the left or right
Answer:
A: Thank you for reaching out to us. Our seat covers that are airbag compatible have a tag on the side of the seats that state airbag compatible. The airbag tag should be facing your window.
Question:
Q:How do you take the headrest off if it is got a cable attached to it?
Answer:
A: Thank you for reaching out to us. Your headrest may not be detachable, I would suggest you double check your car manual on how to detach it if possible. However, with our highback seat covers you do not have to worry about removing your headrest. The seat cover will cover over your headrest.
Question:
Q:How do these fit if the seat has 1 arm rest on them? I have a Mercedes Sprinter Van and there is no hole for the arm rest.
Answer:
A: Thank you for contacting FH Group. We understand your concern. Please note, you would need to have removable armrests to install these seat covers. Once installed, you may make a small incision in the seat cover to be able to attach the armrest back to the seat. Thank you.
