    All orders shipping to any Canadian territory will be experiencing significant delays due to the Canadian Union of Postal Workers Strike starting November 21, 29024. This means that no parcels will be processed or delivered through the Canada Post system until the strike is either downgraded to a regional and rotating strike or an agreement reached.

    Residential recipients can enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager to stay informed of their shipment’s progress. For your specific shipment status, please click here to track your delivery.

    Shipping Update

    Some of our customers may be experiencing longer wait times for deliveries. If you’ve received the message, “In transit, arriving late” in regards to your order, rest assured we are aware of the delay and apologize profusely for the inconvenience. Our shipping carriers are experiencing backups due to incredibly high volume as well as delays caused by the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.

    What Can I Do?

    If your package is arriving through USPS, you can file a claim at https://usps.force.com/emailus/s. Just select “Where Is My Package” and input your tracking number. Doing so puts you in direct contact with USPS and ensures they will follow up with you in due time.

    If your order is arriving through FedEx Ground Home Delivery or FedEx Express, you can file a claim at https://www.fedex.com/apps/onlineclaims/?locale=en_US. For those receiving a package through FedEx Smartpost, please feel free to contact us. We can file a claim on your behalf, though the carrier’s response time may vary.

    We are open Monday thru Friday. All order payments received before 2PM Eastern Time will be shipped that same day; otherwise, it will be shipped on the next business day. If for any reason there is a delay in processing your order, we will contact you.
    We ship to all US states and worldwide to select countries (Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Northern Mariana Islands and Marshall Islands). We offer:

    Flat rate service | Usually takes 5-10 business days.
    (This special rate only applies to shipments within the continental United States. AK, HI, PR, etc and international locations do not qualify for this promotion.)

    Ground service | Usually takes 2-6 business days via FedEx home delivery.

    Priority service | Usually takes 2-3 business days via USPS Priority service.

    International Shipping | For any orders outside the contiguous United States, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any and all applicable duties, taxes, and other fees that may occur upon delivery to their respective location.

    If your shipping address is FPO/AFO or one of the non-contiguous states (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa): Please be sure to choose USPS PRIORITY shipping service, because it’s the fastest and most affordable service for such locations. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking info once your item is shipped. It may take the carrier up to 24 hours to update the tracking record.

    PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipping to non-contiguous states can take between 2 to 5 weeks to arrive to its destination.
