Customer questions
Question:
Q:My car has side-impact airbags. Are your seat covers compatible with this?
Answer:
A:While we do offer airbag-compatible seat covers, not all of our products have this feature.By selecting your year/make/model of your vehicle from the dropdown menu in our header, you can make sure you're looking at seat covers that will work with all the features of your seats.
Question:
Q:I have armrests on my front seats. Will your seat covers still fit?
Answer:
A: Our seat covers are specifically designed to not interfere with armrests. Just remove the armrests when you install the seat covers, and put them back when you're done. It's that easy. For more detailed instructions, check out our installation instructions. Please note that at the moment, armrest covers are not included in our seat cover sets or accessory sets, but you can buy them separately here.
Question:
Q:I HAVE ORDERED YOUR SEAT COVERS FOR MY EXPEDITION EL 2007. I HAVE WATCHED YOUR INSTALLATION VIDEO. I DID NOT SEE WHERE THE SEAT CONTROLS WERE EXPOSED TO BE ABLE TO USE DURING YOUR DEMONSTRATION. BEFORE I UNPACK THEM ARE THEY SO EQUIPED? THE SIDE AIR BAG IS SHOWN ON PACKAGING AND THE REMOVEABLE HEADREST AS WELL.. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP ON THIS.
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our seat covers do not specifically accommodate this feature. The covers are universally made and cannot provide this option as it would not be the same on every vehicle. For customers who do experience the seat covers covering their seat control buttons, they find they are still able to use these features through the seat covers, while others have made slits to reveal these buttons.

A: Thank you for your interest. Your arm rests must be completely removable in order to install the covers. Question:
Q:There are 6 disks with six clamps. How do they attach?
Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. The discs and hooks are to hold the seat cushions in place. You hook the discs on to the straps at the bottom of the back rest, and slide it through the gap of your seat to the other side to set it in place. The hooks are for the straps at the bottom of the seat to hook on to any metal bars that are under. Answer:
A: Thank you for your inquiry. The installation requires fully detachable headrests and the seat belts must be attached to the wall of the vehicle. Please note our products are universal, meaning they are designed for a wide range of vehicles, and not any particular model and year. Please ensure that both front and rear headrests, as well as armrests if any are removable prior to installing the covers. Please keep in mind that we do not guarantee a perfect fit since these covers are universal.

Question:
Q:I have a 2021 Nisson Rogue. I has front power seats. I can not get the straps to push threw to retrieve them. The back of the seat is closed off and there doesn't seem to be a way to pull them through.
Answer:
A: If you can, try to reach underneath the back of the seat to see if there is a way to unhook the flap. If so, you can push them through but they will not fully come out the back. If not, you will need to reply on tucking the covers into the crevices.
Question:
Q:What are the stripes on side of seat for. Do they fasten to anything
Answer:
A: Thank you for contacting us. The stripes on the sides of our cosmopolitan seat covers are designed to upgrade the look of your interior. They are for a more sporty appearance. The hooks that were provided can be used to loop on to the straps that are on the sides of the seat bottom. Then, you can hook them on to any metal bar that is found underneath the seat in order to secure them in place.

Q:I cant get the two tags through the back of the seat because there is a back on my seat how do i do it

Question:
Q:putting the FB070102 on a Honda Civic. Noticed the tag/label that says airbag compatible after i put them on seats. Does it matter which one goes on driver and which goes on passenger seat? I have the tags/labels on the inside side, should i switch the seat covers so that label is other side?
Answer:
A: Thank you for contacting FH Group. Our Airbag compatible covers are specifically designed to have a driver side and passenger side. The side where airbag compatible label is, also has the special stitching that allows the airbag to deploy. When installing, the tag should be facing out towards the side window.
Question:
Q:What are the elastic loops and the metal clips for, where do they go and how do I attach them?
Answer:
A: Thank you for contacting FH Group. When installing the cover, you would need to pull the long straps through the crevice of the seat cover and pull them through the back and then under the seat. You would then attach the straps to the buckles in the front of the seat cover. Once those have been attached, you would take the clips and attach those to the loops on the side of the cover and hook them to the straps you have previously attached. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
